Nearly a decade ago, I found a run-down waterfront house on Dyes Inlet. My mom said it was too much work. My dad, an artist, saw what I saw. I bought it anyway. I restored it room by room while raising my kids inside it, with my dad's paintings on every wall. When they grew up and left, I didn't sell. I opened the door.

Black Pearl is not a rental portfolio. It's a compound built one chapter at a time on a piece of Kitsap waterfront that has always been worth paying attention to. Twenty minutes from the Seattle ferry. An hour from Olympic National Park. The best basecamp on Puget Sound, and somehow still a secret.

I bring 25+ years of executive leadership in technology and operations to every property. But that's not why guests come back. They come back because every home is personally known, every stay is personally managed, and every detail is one that someone who truly cares would notice.​
